"I definitely advise joining Praetorians"
Sawsan Arja:
have recently joined Praetorians and i'm very satisfied with what i have been offered so far . I have been taught many self defense and fighting techniques and at the same time i was able of increasing stamina and body muscle in addition to that the gym is very nice and has a very welcoming and supportive environment. Most importantly, The coach is very attentive to each and every member. He makes sure everyone is improving and he never stops encouraging us. The class is around 1.5-2 hours long. During this time, we warm up, learn new techniques and apply those techniques over and over, we kick, box and spar, and we work on body conditioning, and muscle strengthening. I definitely advise joining Praetorians, because one you join, you never wana stop! ??

"I assure you that you will become addicted."
Nada Omais
The first time I joined the team, I thought that I would never be at the same level with the others, but with the support of Kru Jad and the team, here I am, 4 month later on top of my game and looking forward to improve more. I encourage everyone to try at least once, and I assure you that you will become addicted. ??

"Praetorians are more than just a tough workout"
Jessica Gerkem
Praetorians Muay Thai is a great club to learn Muay Thai, Thai-style boxing, in a safe and controlled environment. I'm glad that I joined the club who is absolutely reasonably priced (considering the ridiculous monthly fees for gyms in Beirut), centrally located and well-organised: every training follows a structure: starting with warming up and stretching, classes incorporate both work on the boxing sack and with the legs, thus teaching both hitting and kicking skills during every session. Every training ends with a cool down and more stretching - the trainer makes not sure you keep pushing but also that you won't get injured. But the Praetorians are more than just a tough workout: there's a community of support, respect and friendliness behind it. And that's what allows beginners and advanced students to train next to and with each other. Being in Lebanon for a limited amount of time, the club, the students and the coach have added a lot of fun to my stay here. I would absolutely recommend dropping in for a session and just giving it a try - whether you are a big, strong guy or a small girl, whether you've tried any form of martial arts before or this being the first time!
